What Data is Transferred?

We transfer data such as full names, email addresses, passwords (optional), password reset requests, profile pictures, preferred language, and email verification dates to the United States, Canada, and India.

Protection Mechanisms

To ensure your data is protected, we use the following mechanisms:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Contracts approved by the European Commission that ensure an adequate level of protection.
• Adequacy Decisions: We transfer data to countries that have been approved by the European Commission for having an adequate level of data protection.

You have the right to know how your personal data is handled and to exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, and object.
